Description
AFTERNOON STRENGTH is specifically used for WEI syndrome and multiple sclerosis. Its effect is not exclusively focused on the lungs, but also on late effects of infections where a collapse of the PO (animal soul) is considered causative. This preparation has several effects: It reduces the so-called empty heat in the lungs, strengthens the Yin, and supports the body in expelling harmful toxins. Additionally, it has a mucolytic effect and stabilizes the PO, which is relevant for both emotional stability and physical function.
It is important that all three preparations for the treatment of WEI syndrome can be combined. MORNING STRENGTH is taken in the morning during the Yang-Ming phase to stimulate energy flow and prepare the body for the day. AFTERNOON STRENGTH is used in the afternoon during the lung-minus time to specifically support lung function and compensate for existing deficiencies. EVENING STRENGTH is used in the evening and serves to nourish the Yin and restore the balance between Yin and Yang.
The recommended duration of therapy is at least 4 to 7 years. This period is necessary to achieve stable effects and should be consistently combined with acupuncture and Qi Gong. These complementary measures enhance the effect of AFTERNOON STRENGTH and contribute to a comprehensive treatment.
