Shipping and Delivery Costs
The prices quoted include statutory VAT but exclude shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise. The customer bears the shipping costs and any import duties (customs fees). The customer receives information about shipping charges and postage during the ordering process for each individual order via the online shop. In addition, the customer can find a list of all shipping costs under the "Delivery and Shipping Costs" section.
Shipping costs are:
- always € 4.90 within Austria.
- € 4.90 to Germany.
- Shipping within Austria is free for orders over €35.
- Please note that the production time for some homeopathic products can be 2-4 business days.
