Dr. Schreibers® Starke Blase combines extracts of common goldenrod and pumpkin seeds with magnesium, vitamin D and zinc. The composition is supplemented by the FemFloral® active complex consisting of ashwagandha, maca root and activated folic acid.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc, among other things, supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Folate supports normal psychological function and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, common goldenrod extract, pumpkin seed extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), rice flour, ashwagandha root extract, maca root extract, zinc citrate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid.
Recommended intake
Take 1 capsule daily in the evening with a meal, unchewed with approximately 200 ml of water.
The manufacturer recommends taking it for an extended period.
