Weleda Aufbaukalk 1 Powder for Oral Use

Aufbaukalk 1 powder and Aufbaukalk 2 powder form a harmonious unit: Aufbaukalk 1 is taken in the morning, while Aufbaukalk 2 is taken in the evening. The alternating intake of the two calcium salts, oyster shell lime and apatite, supports healthy mineralization of teeth and bones.
 
The special compositions of Aufbaukalk 1 and 2 are not to be understood as "calcium" preparations in the classic sense. They do not serve as dietary supplements but help the body to better break down and process the substances taken in through food.

Stimulation of calcium metabolism and support of healthy bone development in infants and during pregnancy. 
 

There are currently insufficient data on the use of this medicine during pregnancy and lactation. There are no indications of a particular risk during this time.

Adults, adolescents, and children from 4 weeks of age:

Generally, alternating intake with Aufbaukalk 2 Weleda is recommended:

Take one dose of Aufbaukalk 1 Weleda in the morning and one dose of Aufbaukalk 2 Weleda in the evening.
For oral use. The powder can be taken with a little water.

10 g contain: Apatite Trituration D5 1g / Cucurbita pepo e floribus Trituration D2 1g
 

The other ingredient is: Lactose monohydrate
