Vomitusheel® drops are a homeopathic combination remedy for use in cases of vomiting and nausea of various origins.

What are Vomitusheel® drops intended for?

Vomitusheel® is composed of various individual homeopathic remedies whose drug pictures complement one another.

The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include vomiting and nausea of various origins.

Use in these indications is based exclusively on homeopathic experience.

Vomiting and nausea of various origins.

Dosage form

Oral drops.

Dosage and administration

Adults 18 years and older: 10 drops 3 times daily.

In acute conditions: 10 drops every 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 8 times daily.

Children and adolescents

Children aged 2 to 6 years: 5 drops 3 times daily.

Children aged 6 to 12 years: 7 drops 3 times daily.

Adolescents aged 12 and older: 10 drops 3 times daily.

In acute conditions

Children aged 2 to 6 years: 5 drops every 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 8 times daily.

Children aged 6 to 12 years: 7 drops every 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 8 times daily.

Adolescents aged 12 and older: 10 drops every 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 8 times daily.

Reduce the frequency of intake as symptoms improve.

Use in children under 2 years of age is not recommended, as there is insufficient data available.

Method of administration

The drops can be taken with or without water before meals.

Duration of use

The duration of use depends on the respective clinical picture.

If there is no improvement within one week or if symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted.

Important information

In severe forms of the illness, clinically proven therapy is indicated.

Use in children under 2 years of age is not recommended due to a lack of sufficient data.

Vomitusheel® drops contain alcohol. The total alcohol content is 35% by volume.

In case of persistent or severe vomiting, a significant worsening of symptoms, or lack of improvement, medical advice should be sought.

Composition / Ingredients

100 g (= 105 ml; 1 ml = 19 drops) contain the following active ingredients:

Cephaelis ipecacuanha D4 10 g, Aethusa cynapium D4 10 g, Strychnos nux-vomica D4 10 g, Apomorphinum hydrochloricum D6 15 g, Colchicum autumnale D6 25 g, and Strychnos ignatii D6 30 g.

Other ingredients: Ethanol (total alcohol content 35% by volume) and purified water.

Side effects / Tolerability

Like all medicines, Vomitusheel® drops can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
