The combination of granules, tablets and capsules allows for easy daily use. The granules with a fruity orange flavor are stirred into water and taken together with the tablet and capsule.

Recommended intake

Stir the contents of one sachet daily into 150 to 200 ml of still water and take with or after a meal together with the tablet and capsule.

Side effects

In individual cases, gastrointestinal complaints or intolerances to individual ingredients may occur. Riboflavin can cause an intense yellow discoloration of the urine. Products containing fish oil can occasionally cause burping.
