hafesan® Magnesium + Vitamin E is suitable for adults who want to specifically supplement their daily magnesium intake – for example, during physical exertion, sports activity or a low-magnesium diet.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and nervous system function. It also supports normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin E complements the combination and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Side effects and tolerability

Magnesium can, especially in sensitive individuals, lead to loose stools, diarrhea or other gastrointestinal complaints.
