What is the product for?

hafesan® Salmon Oil Omega-3 + Vitamin E is suitable for adults who want to specifically supplement their diet with the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

The recommended daily dose of 2 capsules provides at least 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA.

Vitamin E complements the formula and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended intake
