Nutritional values:

Recommended intake:
Take 1 tablet daily with some liquid. The tablet can be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole and is easy to take. Regular supplementation over a longer period is recommended.

Ingredients:
Sweetener isomalt, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3 preparation).

Side effects:
When adhering to the recommended intake, side effects are usually not to be expected. However, excessive or long-term intake of high-dose vitamin D3 can lead to elevated calcium levels in the blood. Possible symptoms include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fatigue, increased thirst or increased urination. Medical advice should be sought for existing illnesses or simultaneous intake of other preparations.
