Centrum® from A to Zinc is a dietary supplement containing a combination of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The balanced micronutrient formula is designed to supplement the daily diet.
What is the product for?
Centrum® from A to Zinc supports the daily supply of important micronutrients. The vitamins and minerals it contains fulfil numerous functions in the body.
Among other things:

Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamins B1, B2, Niacin and Biotin contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Dicalcium phosphate, Magnesium oxide, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Potassium chloride, Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Niacin (nicotinamide), Iron(II) fumarate, Calcium carbonate, Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Zinc oxide, Manganese(II) sulphate, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Beta-carotene, vegetable oils (coconut and palm kernel oil), Copper sulphate, Vitamin A (retinyl acetate), Biotin (D-biotin), Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), Chromium(III) chloride, Sodium molybdate, Potassium iodide, Sodium selenite, Vitamin K (phylloquinone), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Other ingredients: Fillers (E 460, E 464, E 1200), anti-caking agents (E 470b, E 551, E 553b, E 1202) and colouring agent E 132.
Side effects and tolerability
Centrum® from A to Zinc is generally well tolerated when taken as directed.
In sensitive individuals, occasional gastrointestinal discomfort may occur. If you have a known intolerance to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.
If unusual or persistent symptoms occur, medical or pharmaceutical advice should be sought.
