Orthomol Vital f – Support for energy, nerves and performance

Physical and mental stress is part of everyday life for many people. Stress, high demands at work or in private life, and persistent exhaustion can lead to the body having an increased need for important micronutrients.

Orthomol Vital f has been specially developed to supplement the daily diet with a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals, trace elements and omega-3 fatty acids. The formula contains numerous micronutrients to support energy metabolism and the nervous system.

Vitamin B12 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition, various B vitamins support the normal function of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism.

B vitamins for nerves and energy metabolism

The B vitamins contained play important roles in the body. Vitamin B12, in particular, supports normal nerve function and, together with vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, niacin, and pantothenic acid, contributes to normal energy metabolism.

An adequate supply of B vitamins can help to better balance physical and mental stress in everyday life.

Omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidant micronutrients

Orthomol Vital f also contains omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil and antioxidant micronutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and selenium. These contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress.

EPA and DHA supplement the daily supply of valuable omega-3 fatty acids.

Practical daily portion for everyday life

The combination of sachet, tablets, and capsules allows for flexible intake throughout the day. The individual components can be taken together or independently.

Recommended intake

Take the contents of one sachet daily, preferably individually with plenty of liquid, with or after a meal.

The tablets and capsules can also be taken in any order throughout the day.

Side effects

In individual cases, gastrointestinal discomfort or intolerance to individual ingredients may occur. Riboflavin can cause intense yellowing of the urine. Fish oil-containing components may occasionally cause burping.
