Dr. Böhm® Zinc plus 30 mg dragees provide the body with high-dose zinc and important micronutrients to strengthen natural defenses.

The special formulation combines three different zinc salts to optimize the absorption and utilization of the trace element in the body. In addition, the formula contains vitamin C, vitamin B6, selenium, and antioxidant plant extracts such as OPC from French grape seeds, lycopene from tomatoes, and citrus bioflavonoids.

Recommended Intake

In case of increased need, for example during cold season, take 1 dragee daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid – preferably about one hour before a meal or in the evening before going to bed.

After 2 months, the dose should be reduced to prevent zinc overdose:
Thereafter, take 1 dragee every 2nd day.

Note

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Ingredients

Sugar, L-ascorbic acid, cellulose filler, grape seed polyphenol powder, talc release agent, zinc gluconate, zinc citrate, calcium carbonate filler, zinc sulfate, lycopene, citrus bioflavonoids, sodium selenate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and shellac coating agents, coloring foods (safflower and spirulina algae concentrates), sodium carboxymethylcellulose filler, silicon dioxide release agent, pyridoxine hydrochloride, magnesium salts of fatty acids release agent.

Side Effects

The product is generally well-tolerated at the recommended dosage.

In rare cases, mild gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, abdominal pain, or diarrhea may occur.

Long-term excessive zinc intake can lead to an imbalance of other trace elements. Therefore, the recommended intake duration should be observed.
