climafem® is a dietary supplement specifically for women during menopause. The formula combines perilla extract, flaxseed extract, and sage extract with selected vitamins as well as the trace elements zinc and selenium.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. The B vitamins contained also support normal energy metabolism and can help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Intended use

climafem® has been developed for the supplementary nutritional supply of women during menopause.

The micronutrients contained make the following contributions, among others:

• Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity

• Vitamin B5, B6, and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism

• Vitamin B5, B6, and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

• Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to normal nervous system function

• Vitamin E, selenium, and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress

• Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails, and bones

Additionally, climafem® contains perilla extract with polyphenols, flaxseed extract with lignans, and sage extract with rosmarinic acid.

Recommended intake

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.

Perilla extract (38.4%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sage extract (14.4%), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, flaxseed extract (3.8%), D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate (vitamin E), zinc citrate, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), color: iron oxide red, sodium selenate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Side effects and tolerability

When taken as directed, there are no known specific side effects based on the available product information.
