Ingredients
Calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), modified starch, niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin E, maltodextrin, iron(II) fumarate, calcium D-pantothenate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, starch, gelatine, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, beta-carotene, vegetable oil, copper sulphate, sucrose, vitamin A, glucose syrup, folic acid, chromium(III) chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, biotin, vitamin K1, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12.
Other ingredients: fillers (E 460, E 468, E 464, E 1200), emulsifier (E 470b), anti-caking agents (E 551, E 553b) and colourings (E 171, E 132).
Side effects and tolerability
Centrum® For Him is generally well tolerated when taken as directed.
In sensitive individuals, occasional gastrointestinal complaints may occur. The product should not be taken if there is a known intolerance to any of the ingredients.
