Ingredients
Calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium oxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), potassium chloride, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), niacin (nicotinamide), calcium carbonate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), iron(II) fumarate, zinc oxide, manganese(II) sulfate, beta-carotene, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vegetable oils (coconut and palm kernel oil), copper sulfate, biotin (D-biotin), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), chromium(III) chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Other ingredients: Fillers (E 460, E 464, E 1200), anti-caking agents (E 470b, E 551, E 553b, E 1202) and color E 132.
Side effects and tolerability
Generally well tolerated when taken as directed. Gastrointestinal discomfort may occur in sensitive individuals.
The product should not be taken if there is an intolerance to any ingredient.
