Dioscomb® 1000 mg is a vasoprotective medicine with micronized flavonoids. It increases venous tone and strengthens the resistance of small blood vessels.

Indications

For adults to treat:

• Symptoms associated with chronic venous insufficiency of the legs

  • Heaviness in the legs

  • Swollen legs

  • Pain

  • Nighttime leg cramps

• Functional symptoms in acute hemorrhoids

  • Pain

  • Bleeding

  • Swelling in the anal area

Active Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• 1000 mg micronized flavonoids

  • 900 mg diosmin

  • 100 mg other flavonoids referred to as hesperidin

Dosage and Administration

For chronic venous insufficiency

Adults:

• 1 film-coated tablet daily

• preferably taken with a meal

If there is no improvement after 6 weeks, medical advice should be sought.

For acute hemorrhoidal symptoms

Adults:

• Days 1–4: 3 film-coated tablets daily

• Days 5–7: 2 film-coated tablets daily

• subsequently maintenance dose: 1 film-coated tablet daily

To be taken with meals.

For hemorrhoidal symptoms, Dioscomb® should not be used for more than 15 days without medical consultation. If there is no improvement after 7 days, medical clarification is required.

Dioscomb® 1000 mg contains micronized flavonoids that support the absorption of the active ingredients. The product is used to treat venous symptoms of the legs and functional symptoms in acute hemorrhoids.
