ThermaCare® Flexible Use has been specifically developed for targeted heat therapy for localized muscle pain and tension.

The skin-friendly and flexibly applicable heat wrap features 6 patented heat cells and generates long-lasting therapeutic deep-tissue heat. The heat relaxes the muscles and can thereby alleviate pain.

Four adhesive points allow for targeted attachment directly onto the skin.

Intended use

ThermaCare® Flexible Use is particularly suitable for localized muscle pain resulting from:

• Muscle tension

• Overexertion

• Strains

• Chronic muscle pain

• Occasional muscle pain

The flexible shape allows for use on various parts of the body and can be applied at the first signs of pain or tension.

Application

Open the airtight packaging only immediately before use.

Remove the heat wrap and peel off the protective film.

Place the wrap directly onto the painful area of the body and secure it carefully using the four adhesive points.

After approximately 30 minutes, the heat wrap reaches a therapeutic temperature of about 40 °C.

For effective heat therapy, the wrap should be worn continuously for at least 3 hours. Depending on the instructions for use, it can be applied for up to 12 hours for optimal effect.

Important notes

Do not apply to diseased, injured, or damaged skin.

Do not use on bruises or swellings, or on body parts with absent or reduced heat sensitivity.

Discontinue use in the event of excessive heat, burning, skin irritation, or other uncomfortable symptoms.

Observe the complete instructions for use as well as the application times and warning notices specified therein.

Side effects and tolerance

Due to the heat application or the adhesive surfaces, temporary redness or skin irritation may occur, particularly in individuals with sensitive skin.

In the event of severe or persistent skin reactions or signs of a burn, use should be discontinued immediately and medical advice sought if necessary.
