TANTUM VERDE PROTECT Spray provides rapid relief for the first signs of sore throat, such as:

• Scratchy throat

• Red or swollen mucous membranes

• Pain when swallowing

• Hoarseness

Thanks to the practical spray mechanism, the medicine acts directly in the mouth, throat, and pharynx.

• Relieves pain

• Reduces inflammation

• Fights germs (antiseptic and bactericidal)

The active ingredients benzydamine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride have local anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and antiseptic effects.

Who is it suitable for?

TANTUM VERDE PROTECT Spray is suitable for adults, adolescents, and children aged 6 and over.

Dosage

The spray is generally used 3–5 times a day.

Minimum interval between applications: 2 hours.

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1–2 sprays

• Children between 6 and 12 years: 1 spray

• Gingivitis

• Before and after tooth extractions

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

The use of TANTUM VERDE PROTECT Spray is not recommended during pregnancy.

• 1.5 mg Benzydamine hydrochloride

• 5 mg Cetylpyridinium chloride

Other Ingredients

• Macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate

• Benzyl alcohol

• Geraniol

• Glycerin

• Mint flavor

• Purified water

• Saccharin sodium

• Cinnamyl alcohol

• Isoeugenol

• Linalool

• Sodium citrate

• Eugenol

• Citral

• D-limonene

• Citric acid monohydrate

• Citronellol

Do not use if you are allergic to benzydamine hydrochloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, or any of the other ingredients.

Side Effects

Like all medicines, TANTUM VERDE PROTECT Spray can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Possible side effects:

• Burning or numbness in the mouth

• Dryness in the mouth and throat area

• Taste disturbances

• Irritation of the mucous membrane

• Nausea or mild stomach discomfort

• Hypersensitivity reactions

• Allergic skin or mucous membrane reactions

• Rarely, swelling or difficulty breathing

If allergic reactions occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
