Carmol drops are a dietary supplement made according to a traditional recipe, combining selected essential oils, menthol, and a distillate of lemon balm leaves. They can be taken orally or applied externally as a rub.

Properties

Carmol drops contain essential oils from:

• Lavender

• Clove

• Spike Lavender

• Chinese Cinnamon

• Nutmeg

• Spanish Sage

• Citronella

• Star Anise

• Lemon

• Thyme

They also contain menthol and a distillate of lemon balm leaves.

Usage

Traditionally, Carmol drops are used, for example, after rich or unfamiliar meals, when traveling, during dietary and climate changes, and during physical exertion. They can also be applied externally to muscles, the neck, or temples.

Recommended Intake and Application

For oral intake: Take 10–20 drops with water or on a piece of sugar several times daily.

For external application: Apply a small amount to muscles, the neck, or temples several times daily and rub in gently.

Ingredients / Composition

Alcohol 65% vol., Menthol (1.72%), Carmol Oil (0.86%) from the essential oils of lavender, clove, spike lavender, Chinese cinnamon, nutmeg, Spanish sage, citronella, star anise, lemon, and thyme; distillate from lemon balm leaves (1:5) (0.172%).
