Similasan Allergy Eye Drops are a homeopathic medicinal product for use in allergic reactions of the conjunctiva and eyelids.

They can be used for allergy-related eye complaints, for example due to hay fever, house dust mites, or animal hair.

Indications

For use in hypersensitivity reactions of the conjunctiva or eyelids with:

• Itching

• Watery eyes

• Redness

• Burning eyes

• Swelling

Age

For use in adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and older.

Properties

• Homeopathic complex remedy

• For targeted use in allergy-related eye complaints

• Can be combined with other medicinal products

• Content: 10 ml

Dosage

Adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and older:

Apply 1 drop per eye one or more times daily when symptoms occur.

Maximum 1 drop per eye 10 times daily.

As symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of application.

Application

Squeeze the flexible part of the dropper with two fingers and instill one drop into the eye.

Observe the following instructions:

• Do not touch the dropper tip with your fingers.

• Avoid direct contact of the dropper tip with the eye.

• Close the bottle immediately after use.

Contact lenses

If possible, avoid wearing contact lenses during eye inflammation.

If this is not possible, remove the contact lenses before applying the drops and reinsert them after at least 15 minutes.

Instructions

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package insert or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

If you do not feel better or even feel worse after 3 days, contact your doctor.

Similasan Allergy Eye Drops have no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

There is no evidence of any particular risk from use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Nevertheless, caution should be exercised when using during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Active ingredients

1 g (= 1 ml or 22 drops) contains:

• 227.5 mg Apis mellifica D6

• 227.5 mg Euphrasia 3c D6

• 227.5 mg Schoenocaulon officinale (Sabadilla) D6

• 227.5 mg Argentum nitricum D6

Other ingredients

Sodium tetraborate, boric acid, sodium nitrate, water for injections.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Similasan Allergy Eye Drops can have side effects, although not everyone gets them.

In the event of adverse reactions or a worsening of symptoms, discontinue use and contact a doctor or pharmacist.

If symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 days, medical advice should be sought.
