Calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), niacin, maltodextrin, vitamin E, calcium D-pantothenate, iron(II) fumarate, zinc oxide, manganese sulfate, starch, beta-carotene, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, gelatin, palm oil, sucrose, copper sulfate, glucose syrup, vitamin A, folic acid, chromium(III) chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, biotin, sodium selenite, vitamin K, vitamin D and vitamin B12.
Other ingredients: fillers (E 460, E 468, E 464, E 1200), emulsifier (E 470b), anti-caking agents (E 551, E 553b), antioxidant (E 321) and colorants (E 171, E 132).
Side effects and tolerability
Centrum® For Him 50+ is generally well tolerated when taken as directed.
In sensitive individuals, gastrointestinal discomfort may occasionally occur. If there is a known intolerance to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.
