Migraine often manifests as severe, pulsating headaches and can also be associated with visual disturbances, sensitivity to light and noise, nausea or vomiting. Concentration or speech disorders can also occur during an attack.

AURASIN akut contains the active ingredient zolmitriptan, which specifically targets the causes of migraine symptoms. During a migraine attack, certain blood vessels in the brain dilate. Zolmitriptan reduces this vasodilation, thereby helping to relieve headaches and typical accompanying symptoms.

The medicine is taken directly at the onset of the pain phase and can be effective with a single dose.

Application

Note

The medicine is not suitable for preventing migraine attacks.

Do not use in case of certain cardiovascular diseases or hypersensitivity to the active ingredient.
