Orthomol Tendo is a dietary supplement with selected micronutrients for connective tissue. The combination contains, among other things, manganese, copper and vitamin C, as well as collagen hydrolyzate, glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, bromelain, papain, and omega-3 fatty acids.

The granulate has a fresh lemon-grapefruit flavor.

Orthomol Tendo is suitable for targeted dietary supplementation with nutrients for connective tissue, collagen formation, cartilage, and bones.

• Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue.

• Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.

• Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones.

Special Ingredients

One daily serving contains, among other things:

• 5 g collagen hydrolyzate

• 800 mg glucosamine sulfate

• 300 mg chondroitin sulfate

• 50 mg hyaluronic acid

• 750 mg omega-3 fatty acids, of which 470 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA

• Bromelain: 500 F.I.P. units

• Papain: 185 F.I.P. units

Composition per daily serving

17 g granulate + 1 tablet + 2 capsules:

Recommended Intake

Stir 1 sachet of granules daily into 150–200 ml of still water and take with or after a meal, along with the 2 omega-3 capsules.

Take the enzyme tablet about 30 minutes before a meal.
