Orthomol Nemuri Night Spray is a food supplement with 1 mg of melatonin per spray as well as passionflower and lemon balm leaf extract. The peppermint-flavored spray is applied directly into the mouth and is intended for use shortly before bedtime.

Orthomol Nemuri Night Spray is intended for use in the evening before bedtime.

• The positive effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

• Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.

With melatonin and plant extracts

One spray contains:

• 1 mg Melatonin

• 1.9 mg Passionflower extract

• 1.7 mg Lemon balm leaf extract

Composition per serving (1 spray = 0.2 ml)

Recommended use

Spray 1 puff directly into the mouth approx. 30 minutes before bedtime.

Ingredients

Water, xylitol, passionflower extract (0.9%) from Passiflora incarnata, lemon balm leaf extract (0.8%) from Melissa officinalis, melatonin (0.5%), flavor, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, malic acid.

Side effects and tolerability

Excessive consumption of xylitol may have a laxative effect. Do not use if you have a known intolerance to any of the ingredients.
