Orthomol Nemuri Night is a dietary supplement with 1 mg of melatonin per daily serving, as well as passionflower and lemon balm leaf extracts. The practical direct granules are taken without water and are intended for consumption shortly before bedtime.

What is the product for?

Orthomol Nemuri Night was developed for consumption in the evening before going to bed.

• Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

• The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

• Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.

• The beneficial effect for jet lag is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel shortly before bedtime, and on the first few days after arrival at the destination.

With melatonin and plant extracts

One daily serving contains:

• 1 mg Melatonin

• 1.9 mg Passionflower extract

• 1.7 mg Lemon balm leaf extract

The passionflower extract is derived from 11.5 mg of passionflower leaves, and the lemon balm leaf extract from 10 mg of lemon balm leaves.

Recommended intake – how to take Orthomol Nemuri Night

Take 1 sachet (= 1 daily serving with 1 mg melatonin) daily approx. 30 minutes before going to bed.

Place the direct granules directly into the mouth and allow them to dissolve. No water is needed.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

• After taking melatonin, do not actively participate in road traffic or operate machinery.

• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this product.

• If taking medication concurrently, medical or pharmaceutical advice should be sought before use.

• Contains xylitol.

Ingredients

Xylitol, flavour, citric acid, passionflower extract (0.1 %) from Passiflora incarnata, lemon balm leaf extract (0.09 %) from Melissa officinalis, melatonin (0.05 %), acesulfame K.

Side effects and tolerability

Excessive consumption of the xylitol contained can have a laxative effect. If you have a known allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.
