Orthomol Nemuri is a dietary supplement in the form of a warm evening drink. The granules contain, among other ingredients, lemon balm and hop extract, magnesium, vitamin B6, niacin, L-tryptophan, glycine, and theanine.

It is taken as a warm drink approximately 30–60 minutes before bedtime.

Recommended use – how to prepare Orthomol Nemuri

Take 1 sachet (= 1 daily serving) approximately 30–60 minutes before bedtime daily.

Pour the contents of one sachet into a cup and add approx. 100 ml of hot, but not boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved and drink as warm as possible.
