Orthomol Mental is a dietary supplement with a comprehensive combination of selected micronutrients for mental performance, nervous system, and cognitive function. Among other things, it contains pantothenic acid, DHA, B vitamins, magnesium, and zinc, as well as phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylcholine, ginkgo biloba extract, green tea extract, coenzyme Q10, and L-carnitine.
What is the product for?
Orthomol Mental was developed for targeted micronutrient supply during periods of high mental demands and is suitable, for example, for adults in demanding learning, professional, or life phases.

Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Niacin, Vitamin C and Magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Recommended intake – how to take Orthomol Mental
Take 1 sachet of granules daily along with 3 capsules.

Pour the entire contents of one granule sachet into 150–200 ml of still water.

Stir well until the granules have dissolved.

Drink with or after a meal.

Take the 3 capsules together with the daily serving.

Side effects and tolerability
In case of known allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients, especially fish or soy, the product should not be taken.
