Recommended intake – how to take Orthomol Magnesium Plus

Take 1–2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid with or after a meal.

Ingredients

Magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), magnesium salts of fatty acids, melon fruit juice concentrate (1.3%) from Cucumis melo, palm oil.

Side effects and tolerability

With higher magnesium intake, soft stools or diarrhea may occur in sensitive individuals. If you have a known allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.
