Orthomol i-CAre is a dietary supplement with a comprehensive combination of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, as well as omega-3 fatty acids and selected plant extracts. It contains, among other things, extracts of ginger, turmeric, broccoli sprouts, pomegranate, and grape seeds.
What is the product for?
Orthomol i-CAre is intended for the supplementary supply of selected micronutrients, omega-3 fatty acids and secondary plant compounds.

Vitamin A, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Biotin and Niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid and Magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended Use – How to take Orthomol i-CAre
Take 1 sachet of granules daily together with 2 capsules.

Pour the entire contents of one sachet of granules into 150–200 ml of still water.

Stir well.

Drink with or after a meal.

Take the 2 capsules with the daily portion.
Pack size
30 daily portions with granules and capsules.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

When taking other vitamin or mineral-containing preparations at the same time, the total intake should be considered.

Side effects and tolerability
If you have a known allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients, especially fish or soy, the product should not be taken.
