Recommended intake – how to take Orthomol Flavon m
Take 3 capsules daily (= 1 daily serving).
Preferably take the capsules individually with sufficient liquid during or after a meal.
The 3 capsules do not have to be taken at the same time and can be spread over several meals throughout the day if necessary.

Ingredients
