Orthomol Femin is a food supplement with a balanced combination of selected micronutrients specifically for women during menopause. It contains, among other things, vitamins, zinc and selenium, as well as isoflavones from soy, lignans from flaxseed, selected fatty acids and coenzyme Q10.

Recommended intake – morning and evening
Take 2 capsules daily:

The daily serving of 2 capsules should therefore be divided between morning and evening.

Ingredients
Gelatin (bovine), vegetable oils from flaxseed, evening primrose and sunflower, glycerin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), fish oil, soybean extract with isoflavones, flaxseed extract with lignans, zinc gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mixed tocopherols, silicon dioxide, lycopene, soy lecithins, sorbitol, coenzyme Q10, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), palm fruit extract with carotenoids, marigold extract (Tagetes erecta) with lutein, iron oxides, folic acid, biotin, sodium selenite, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Side effects and tolerability
If you have a known allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients, particularly soy or fish, the product should not be taken.
