Recommended intake – how to take Orthomol Cholin Plus

Take 2 capsules (= 1 daily serving) daily.

The intake is possible in two ways:

1. Swallow capsules: Take both capsules with or after a meal with sufficient liquid.

2. Open capsules: If you don't want to swallow the capsules, you can simply open them. Then sprinkle the contents over cold or lukewarm food or stir them into it and consume.

Ingredients
