In everyday life, concentration, performance and a functioning energy metabolism are particularly important. Stress, high demands and an unbalanced lifestyle can increase the need for certain micronutrients.

Orthomol Aurinor contains a carefully coordinated combination of vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and other selected ingredients for the nutritional support of energy metabolism and the nervous system.

Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Niacin, Biotin and Magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. Antioxidant micronutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Copper and Selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended intake

Stir the contents of one sachet daily into approx. 150 to 200 ml of still water or fruit juice and take together with the capsules with or after a meal. Regular use over a longer period is recommended.

Note

The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

If taking anticoagulant medication or if there is an increased tendency to bleed, consult a doctor before use.

Side effects

Due to the vitamin B2 content, the urine may become intensely yellow. In individual cases, gastrointestinal complaints or intolerance to individual ingredients may occur.

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of small children.
