Recommended intake

Take one capsule daily, preferably with plenty of liquid, with or after a meal. The capsules are hard capsules that can be opened if necessary to mix the content into cold or lukewarm food or drinks.

Micronutrients are needed daily by the body, so regular use over a longer period is recommended.
