Recommended intake – how to take Orthomol Fertil plus
Take the entire content of one portion bag daily.
Take the included tablets and capsules preferably individually with sufficient liquid during or after a meal.
The daily portion does not have to be taken all at once and can be distributed throughout the day if necessary.
