hafesan® Blackcurrant Seed Oil is suitable for adults who want to specifically supplement their diet with valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids such as gamma-linolenic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, and linoleic acid.

The oil from blackcurrant seeds is characterized by its special fatty acid spectrum. The daily dose provides at least 195 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), 165 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), and 585 mg of linoleic acid, among other things.

Additionally, the product contains vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended intake
