What is the product for?

hafesan® Rheumaklin capsules are intended for targeted dietary supplementation with highly dosed omega-3 fatty acids, frankincense extract, and vitamin E.

The combination is particularly suitable for adults who:

• want to specifically supplement their diet with omega-3 fatty acids,

• value mobility and an active daily life,

• want to use frankincense as a traditionally used plant-based substance,

• additionally want to take vitamin E to protect cells from oxidative stress.

hafesan® Rheumaklin is a dietary supplement and not a medicine for the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, or other joint diseases.

Omega-3 and Frankincense combined

The daily dose of 3 capsules provides at least 1,140 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 765 mg of EPA and 135–285 mg of DHA.

EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

The fish oil is supplemented with 180 mg of Boswellia serrata extract (frankincense). Frankincense has a long tradition in herbal medicine and contains characteristic plant compounds called boswellic acids.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid and a meal.

Ingredients

Fish oil concentrate, gelatin (bovine), soybean oil, humectant: glycerol, hydrogenated soybean oil, Boswellia serrata extract, coloring: calcium carbonate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, colorings: iron oxide yellow, iron oxide black, copper complexes of chlorophyllins.

Side effects and tolerability

In sensitive individuals, gastrointestinal complaints, belching, nausea, or a fishy aftertaste may occur, especially due to fish oil. Frankincense can also cause gastrointestinal complaints.

Omega-3 fatty acids can affect blood clotting in higher doses. Therefore, particular caution is required when taking anticoagulant medicines simultaneously.

The product should not be taken if you are allergic to fish, soy, or any other ingredient. In case of unusual or persistent complaints, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
