NORMISON® Ear Spray
Especially after swimming or bathing, it is important to remove water from the ears, as moisture and an imbalanced pH value can cause inflammation in the outer ear canal.

Thanks to its special composition, NORMISON® Ear Spray helps the skin surface in the ear to dry quickly. A simple method to prevent such ear infections.

Area of application:
NORMISON® Ear Spray is suitable for preventing inflammation of the outer ear canal, which can occur, for example, due to frequent or prolonged water exposure.

The ear spray can also be used as a supportive therapy during medicinal treatment of such ear infections.

Patient information:
NORMISON® Ear Spray is not a medicine. Therefore, if you have earache, you should definitely consult a doctor. Do not clean your ears mechanically, for example with cotton swabs, and refrain from plugging your ears with cotton wool.

NORMISON® Ear Spray is not intended for oral or ophthalmic use.

Please always store the bottle closed and out of reach of children. After initial use, NORMISON® Ear Spray can be used for eight weeks; unopened, it has a shelf life of 36 weeks.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
The ear spray can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Application:
Use NORMISON® Ear Spray after being in water as follows:

• Adults apply two to three sprays into the ear canal; for children aged three and above, one to two sprays are sufficient.
• Then tilt your head to the side to prevent the liquid from running out and wait for an exposure time of approximately 20 to 30 seconds.
• After returning your head to an upright position, wipe off any emerging liquid.
• Any remaining NORMISON® Ear Spray can stay in the ear and evaporate.
• Now repeat this process on the other ear.

When used, NORMISON® Ear Spray should be body temperature.

If there is an increased amount of earwax, skin flakes, or other deposits in the ears, it is recommended to first remove them with CERUSTOP® Ear Oil Spray.

Dosage:
Adults spray two to three sprays of NORMISON® Ear Spray into the outer ear canal – for children aged three and above, one to two are sufficient.

Side effects:
The ear spray may cause a burning sensation in case of slight irritations of the outer ear canal. NORMISON® Ear Spray is considered well-tolerated when used correctly.

Contraindications:
Do not use NORMISON® Ear Spray if you have an allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

The product should also not be used with a perforated eardrum (hole in the eardrum).
