Application
The Correct Chewing Technique
To achieve optimal effect, Nicorette® Icemint should not be chewed like conventional chewing gum.

Chew the gum slowly for about 1 minute until a pungent or peppery taste develops.

Then place the gum between your cheek and gum.

When the taste fades, chew slowly again.

Repeat the alternation of chewing and pausing for about 30 minutes.
Use one chewing gum when craving a cigarette or approximately every hour.

8–12 chewing gums are recommended per day.

Maximum of 24 chewing gums per day.

Application should last for at least 4–6 weeks.

Thereafter, the number of chewing gums should be gradually reduced.

Treatment can take up to 3 months.
