Instructions for Use

The Correct Chewing Technique

For optimal effect, Nicorette® should not be chewed like ordinary chewing gum.

1. Chew the gum slowly until an intense taste or slight burning sensation is felt.

2. Then pause chewing and place the gum in your cheek pouch.

3. Once the taste or burning sensation subsides, chew slowly again.

4. Alternate between chewing and pausing for about 30 minutes.

Use 1 chewing gum each time a craving for cigarettes occurs.
