Instructions for Use

The correct chewing technique

To achieve the best possible effect, Nicorette® should not be chewed like conventional chewing gum.

1. Chew the gum slowly until an intense taste or a slight tingling sensation is felt.

2. Then pause chewing and place the gum in the cheek pouch.

3. Once the taste or tingling subsides, chew slowly again.

4. Repeat the alternation between chewing and pausing for about 30 minutes.

Use 1 chewing gum each time a craving for cigarettes occurs.
