Application

The correct chewing technique

To achieve the best possible effect, Nicorette® should not be chewed like conventional chewing gum.

1. Chew the gum slowly until an intense taste sensation or a slight burning is felt.

2. Then take a break from chewing and park the gum in your cheek pouch.

3. When the taste or burning sensation subsides, chew slowly again.

4. Repeat the alternation between chewing and pausing for about 30 minutes.

When craving cigarettes, use 1 gum at a time.

Side Effects
