Activated vitamin B complex is a dietary supplement containing all eight B vitamins, including selected vitamins in biologically active forms. The formulation combines, among other things, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, vitamin B2 as riboflavin-5'-phosphate, folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.

The B vitamins contained contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function. Several B vitamins also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
