Otrivin® Natural Nasal Spray is a 100% natural, hypertonic seawater solution (2.3% NaCl). Through osmosis, it helps decongest the nasal mucosa, liquefies nasal secretions, and facilitates their drainage. At the same time, it cleanses and moisturizes the nasal mucosa.

Areas of Application

For blocked nose and blocked sinuses, for example, due to colds, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis. Also for daily nasal hygiene and for moisturizing the nasal mucosa in dry environments.

Recommended Use

From birth: 1–2 sprays into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily.

From 6 months: 1–3 sprays into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily.

Before use, clear the nose of secretions as much as possible. Tilt the head slightly to the side, carefully insert the spray head into the upper nostril and spray. Then repeat on the other side. Allow the solution to work for a short time and then blow your nose or, in infants, gently wipe it.

Clean and dry the spray head with warm water after each use.

Seawater 70%, purified water 30%.

Corresponds to 23 g/l sodium chloride (2.3% NaCl).

Without preservatives and chemical additives. 100% natural.

Side Effects / Tolerability

A mild and temporary irritation may occur at the beginning of use.
