Otrivin® Natural Nasal Cleansing Spray is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% NaCl) for daily nasal hygiene. The strong spray jet cleanses the nasal cavities, removes excess mucus, pollen and other impurities, and moisturizes the nasal mucosa.

Recommended Use

Children aged 2 years and over: 1–2 sprays into each nostril, 2–3 times daily.

Aged 6 years and over and adults: 1–3 sprays into each nostril, 2–4 times daily.

For use, lean over a washbasin and tilt your head slightly to the side. Carefully insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press down completely. Then repeat on the other side and blow your nose.

Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use.

The spray can also be used immediately before applying a medicated decongestant nasal spray.

Ingredients / Composition

Seawater 28%, purified water 72%.

1 ml solution contains 0.28 ml seawater and corresponds to 0.9% sodium chloride (NaCl).

Free from preservatives and other chemical additives.

Side Effects / Tolerance

A stinging sensation or slight irritation may temporarily occur at the beginning of use.

Important Notes

For nasal use only. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to seawater.

For hygiene reasons, the spray should not be shared with other people.

Store below 25 °C. Container is pressurised and may burst if heated. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C. Do not pierce or burn.

Do not use after the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children.
