For decongestion and care of the nasal mucosa

nasic® Nasal Spray combines xylometazoline and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline decongests the nasal mucosa, while dexpanthenol supports healing and cares for the mucous membrane.

Areas of Application

For decongestion of the nasal mucosa in case of a cold, and for supportive treatment of skin and mucous membrane injuries. Also for episodic runny nose (vasomotor rhinitis) and for obstructed nasal breathing after nasal surgery.

Recommended Use

Adults and schoolchildren should spray 1 puff into each nostril up to 3 times daily as needed.

Before use, blow your nose thoroughly. Hold the bottle as upright as possible, insert the spray head into the nostril and spray once. Inhale lightly through the nose while doing so.

For children under 14 years of age, use should be supervised by parents or adults.

Do not use for more than 7 days without medical advice.

Active Ingredients / Composition

1 spray of 0.1 ml contains:

• 0.1 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride

• 5 mg dexpanthenol

Other ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride (0.02 mg per spray), potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, and purified water.

Important Notes

For adults and schoolchildren. For children, a doctor should always be consulted regarding the duration of use.

Do not use for more than 7 days without medical advice. Too frequent or prolonged use can lead to dryness, renewed or chronic swelling and damage to the nasal mucosa, as well as a habituation effect.

The medicine contains benzalkonium chloride.

In case of accidental ingestion or significant overdose, especially in children, immediate medical attention is required.
