What is Urolind® Blasen Relax?

Urolind® Blasen Relax is a food supplement with dry extract of angelica leaf from Angelica archangelica and pumpkin seed extract from Cucurbita pepo.

The product was developed for women and men who want to specifically support their bladder health and normal urinary flow.

A possible sign of a sensitive bladder is frequent or sudden urges to urinate. Those affected may need to visit the toilet more than eight times a day. Nocturnal urination can also disrupt sleep and thus quality of life.

Urolind® Blasen Relax combines valuable flavonoids from angelica leaf with a proven pumpkin seed extract.

Angelica herb from Iceland

Urolind® Blasen Relax contains a dry extract from the leaves of the true angelica, botanically Angelica archangelica.

Icelandic angelica herb has been traditionally used in Icelandic folk culture for over 1,000 years.

The plant's leaves contain various natural plant compounds, including flavonoids. Urolind® Blasen Relax provides 100 mg of dry angelica leaf extract per capsule.

Pumpkin seed extract

Pumpkin seeds are traditionally used to support bladder function.

The pumpkin seed extract from Cucurbita pepo contained in Urolind® Blasen Relax is concentrated at a 10:1 ratio.

One capsule contains 100 mg of pumpkin seed extract. Taking two capsules provides 200 mg of pumpkin seed extract daily.

Pumpkin seeds contribute to maintaining normal urinary flow.

Recommended intake

The product is recommended for adults aged 18 and over.

In the first two weeks, taking one capsule twice daily has proven effective.

Thereafter, one to two capsules can be taken daily over a longer period.

For frequent urination during the day, it is recommended to take it in the morning or during the day.

If nocturnal urination particularly disturbs sleep, it can be taken in the evening before going to bed.

Long-term use

After the first two weeks of one capsule twice daily, intake can be continued with one to two capsules daily.

The timing of intake can be adjusted to individual symptoms.

For persons under 18 years, pregnant and breastfeeding women

So far, there are no indications of problems with intake by persons under 18 years, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

However, due to insufficient data, use in these groups is currently not recommended.

When taken as directed according to the recommended dosage, Urolind® Blasen Relax is intended for long-term dietary supplementation.
