Reaktiv Energy Tonic is a high-calorie dietetic complementary feed for cats and small dogs for nutritional restoration and during convalescence, as well as in cases of feline hepatic lipidosis.

The tonic is characterized by a high energy content, a high concentration of essential nutrients, and easily digestible raw materials. Poultry serves as the animal protein source.

Feeding recommendation

Shake well before use.

The tonic should be offered at room temperature or slightly warmed. It can be given neat or as a supplement to wet or dry food.

For nutritional supplementation in addition to food:

20–60 ml daily. The amount can be increased if necessary.

For short-term sole nutrition:

• 3 kg body weight: 80 ml daily

• 4 kg body weight: 100 ml daily

• 5 kg body weight: 120 ml daily

• 6 kg body weight: 135 ml daily

• 7 kg body weight: 150 ml daily

• 8 kg body weight: 170 ml daily

• 9 kg body weight: 180 ml daily

The specified daily amounts correspond to the average energy requirements of calm or older, neutered animals as well as indoor cats. Very active animals may have higher requirements.

Feeding duration

Until full recovery.

Before use or before extending the feeding duration, veterinary advice should be sought.

Important notes

When used as sole nutrition, Reaktiv Energy Tonic does not completely cover the animal's fluid requirements. Therefore, sufficient fresh drinking water must be available at all times.

Administration via an esophageal tube should only be carried out under veterinary supervision.

In the case of enteral nutrition for hospitalized animals, any additional fluid requirements may be met by infusion solutions.

After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days.
