FeliGum® L-Lysine is a complementary feed for cats in the form of soft chew drops for the targeted dietary supplementation of L-lysine.

L-lysine is an essential amino acid that the cat's organism cannot produce itself and must therefore obtain through its diet. Additional supplementation can be particularly useful for cats affected by herpesviruses.

Intended use

FeliGum® L-Lysine is suitable for providing additional L-lysine, particularly for cats with increased requirements and as nutritional support for cats affected by herpesviruses.

Feeding recommendation

Cats:

• 1 chew drop twice daily

Kittens:

• ½ chew drop twice daily

Recommended feeding duration: at least 2–4 weeks.

Long-term feeding is possible according to the manufacturer.

120 g bag with approx. 60 soft chew drops.

Storage and shelf life

Store in a dry place below 25 °C.

Close the bag tightly after use.

Important notes

FeliGum® L-Lysine is a complementary feed, not a veterinary medicine.

In the event of symptoms of feline rhinotracheitis (cat flu) or a herpesvirus infection, the cat should be examined by a veterinarian. Administering L-lysine does not replace necessary veterinary treatment.

Side effects and tolerance

In case of intolerance reactions or digestive problems, feeding should be reduced or discontinued and, if necessary, veterinary advice should be sought.
