META-CARE® Selen combines two selenium compounds – sodium selenite and L-selenomethionine – with barley grass powder.

Selenium is an essential trace element and a component of various enzymes and proteins in the human body. An adequate supply is important for cell protection, the immune system, and normal thyroid function, among other things.

META-CARE® Selen is intended for targeted selenium supplementation and is particularly suitable for increased demand or a diet where selenium intake may be low.
